West Chester is one of the fastest-growing townships in Ohio, and the residential market here keeps our schedule full. Subdivisions off Tylersville and Union Centre, executive homes on the east side, and commercial development along Muhlhauser all generate steady work.
West Chester homeowners typically want a premium finished product — metallic epoxy, full-broadcast flake in custom colors, high-gloss topcoats. Most of the slabs we work on here are 10-20 years old and in good shape. We do a lot of garages and basements out this way, and the occasional commercial coating in the Route 747 corridor.
